Afroz S. has over 12 years of experience in various roles related to recruitment and delivery management. Afroz started their career at Vama Industries, where they conducted a study on selection and recruitment processes. Afroz then worked at Sai People Solutions as a Staffing Manager, responsible for recruiting consultants for various positions. Afroz joined Charter Global as an IT Recruiter, where they posted jobs, screened profiles, and negotiated with employers and consultants. Afroz then moved to Deegit Inc, where they served as a Senior IT Recruiter, Team Coordinator, and Recruitment Manager, overseeing team coordination, client requirements, and maintaining quality standards in candidate screening. Currently, Afroz is employed at Talent Group as a Delivery Manager, responsible for defining targets, managing teams, coordinating interviews, maintaining relationships, preparing evaluation reports, and ensuring the fulfillment of hiring and delivery processes.

Afroz S. pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management between 2008 to 2010. The program focused on Marketing, Human Resource, and Management Information Systems. Additionally, Afroz S. obtained a certification in Foundation of Project Management from Google in September 2022.
