Mohammed Maazid

Mohammed Maazid has a background in IT recruitment, with experience at several companies. Mohammed started their career as an IT Recruiter at Resource HuntGroup in 2014, where they were involved in all aspects of recruiting, including needs assessment, candidate sourcing and screening, salary negotiations, and candidate relationship management. Mohammed also utilized various channels for sourcing, such as company databases, job postings, and vendor networks. After leaving Resource HuntGroup, Maazid joined Deegit Inc as a Senior IT Recruiter, where they continued to handle end-to-end recruitment processes and worked on projects for clients with different hiring requirements. In 2018, they joined Talent Group, starting as a Lead IT Recruiter and later transitioning to the role of Delivery Manager. In this role, they were responsible for leading recruitment efforts for key clients, developing and maintaining relationships with account managers, and managing a team of recruiters. Throughout their career, Maazid demonstrated strong skills in recruiting, relationship management, and team development.

Mohammed Maazid completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Nimra College of Engineering & Tech from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Don Bosco High School from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a Tech Recruitment Certified Professional from DevSkiller in October 2022.
