Emma Caiger

Emma Caiger has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Emma is currently working as a Senior Research Director at Talent Insight Group, where they have also held roles as Research Director, Senior Research Manager, and Insight Manager. Prior to this, Emma worked at Hays as a Senior Reward Researcher and Reward Researcher, specializing in remuneration and reward benchmarking for clients in a wide range of sectors. Emma also has experience as the Owner & Consultant at Caiger Communications, where they provided writing and branding services for various companies. Emma's earlier experience includes working as a Land Administrator at Scott Land & Lease Ltd. and as an Administrator/Teacher at Merriam Music.

Emma Caiger attended the University of Ottawa from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Criminology. In 2010, they then pursued a degree in Journalism with a focus on Broadcast Journalism at Humber College, which they completed in 2011.
