Marlo Kane

Marlo Kane is an Account Director at Talent Intelligence, where she works with domestic and international accounts to identify and implement client-centric recruiting solutions that directly address their employment needs. She manages a dedicated team through custom projects, including talent pipelining, direct recruitment, competitive intelligence, and succession planning, while making sure all deliverables help her clients achieve their stated goals.

Marlo works with clients across a wide range of industries, including Legal, Finance, Healthcare, Aviation, Technology, Consumer Goods, Human Resources, and Sales and Marketing, and prides herself on delivering results that set her accounts up for success in an evolving business landscape.

Marlo has worked with Talent Intelligence in various roles since 2014. She works to continually expand her knowledge and experience of talent acquisition through every project she works on.

Prior to Talent Intelligence, Marlo worked as a general litigation attorney and in legal recruitment. This unique background helps her think ten steps ahead when helping her clients through their hiring challenges, and allows her to take a strategic, big picture view of available solutions.

Marlo holds a law degree from Creighton University School of Law.
