Lorenzo Mendoza Solorzano

Lorenzo Mendoza Solorzano has a diverse work experience in various roles within the field of media and entertainment. In 2013, they worked as a Digital Media Supervisor and Photographer for Scream Park & "Sueño Mágico" - Clover Lawn Mansion Theme Parks, where they produced low-budget television and web spots, developed websites, and supervised digital decorations for Halloween and Christmas theme parks. In 2016, they served as a Freelance Production Assistant/Assistant Director for Uno Punto Seis Publicidad, coordinating the production of video advertisements and trade show displays for agroalimentary corporations. Additionally, they worked as a Foreign Production Coordinator for T3.AM™, assisting in the production of a documentary in Guadalajara. In 2018, they joined We Had A Time, LLC as an Assistant to the Director - Internship, providing creative input and support for the pilot episode of "That One Time," and later as a Production Assistant - Internship for the same project. Lorenzo also gained experience in academia, working as a Graduate Assistant and Graduate Teacher Assistant at ArtCenter College of Design, where they directed and produced promotional videos and assisted in film classes. Most recently, they took on the role of a Communications Assistant at the Southern California Earthquake Center (SCEC) in 2020. Lorenzo Mendoza Solorzano's education history begins in 2011 when they enrolled at UNIAT and pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Film and Digital Animation. Lorenzo successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2015.

In 2018, Lorenzo transferred to the ArtCenter College of Design, where they continued their education in the field of film and embarked on a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) program. Lorenzo spent two years at ArtCenter and completed their MFA in 2019.

Following their time at ArtCenter, Lorenzo pursued another MFA program, this time at the University of Southern California (USC). From 2020 to 2022, they were enrolled at USC, concentrating on Film and Television Production. Lorenzo completed their studies in 2022 and obtained their second MFA.
