Aaron Whiteford

Aaron Whiteford is a Leadership Consultant at Talent Plus, Inc. since August 2022, following a long tenure at Lewis & Clark College from September 2007 to August 2022. During this time, Aaron held multiple key positions, including Associate Vice President and Director of Campaign Operations, as well as various Director roles related to Development and Annual Giving. Prior experience includes serving as a Resettlement Coordinator at St. Vincent Catholic Charities from March 2005 to August 2007 and holding academic roles at Michigan State University between July 2001 and May 2005. Aaron earned a Master’s degree in Anthropology from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Lewis & Clark College.
