Elena Ryan

Elena Ryan currently serves as Principal Consultant - Clinical Services at Talent Quarter since October 2023. Prior to this role, Elena held various positions at Davidson from July 2019 to September 2023, including Partner and Associate Partner in Executive Search & Advisory, as well as Head of Research, overseeing a team focused on executive searches across multiple sectors. Elena began their career at the Australian Red Cross as an International Humanitarian Law Researcher from June 2015 to July 2019. Elena holds a Master's degree in Governance & Public Policy from The University of Queensland, a Graduate Certificate in Governance & Public Policy, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from QUT (Queensland University of Technology).
