Anne Batz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the film and talent management industries. Currently serving as a Board Member at British Arrows since September 2019, Anne has also been the CEO and Founder of Talent Republic Ltd. since September 2005, a leading independent talent-brokering consultancy in Europe specializing in securing high-profile international names for agencies and brands. Prior to this, Anne was a Founding Partner at Hero Film Productions Ltd. from April 1997 to April 2004, where a notable project included the production of "One Last Chance" in 2003. Additionally, Anne worked as a Film Consultant at Gorgeous Enterprises from February 2001 to February 2003, focusing on project development and acquisition for acclaimed commercials directors.
