Gaurav Dwivedi

Gaurav Dwivedi has a diverse work experience in IT management and system administration. Gaurav began their career as a System Administrator at CETPA Infotech Pvt. Ltd. in 2014 and worked there until 2016. Gaurav then joined Protec Computer Consultancy as a System Administrator, where they assessed system problems, surveyed network usage, and monitored the company-wide email system. In 2017, Gaurav joined TALENT Software Services as an IT Manager, where they executed, managed, and led Office 365 administration for small businesses. Gaurav also troubleshooted and customized Office 365 applications and provided training. Additionally, they worked as a Network Engineer at TALENT Software Services, managing user accounts, installing and maintaining networks, and generating reports using JOB DIVA management.

Gaurav Dwivedi completed their Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Gautam Buddha University. In addition to their formal education, they obtained additional certifications such as AWS DevOps Training and Certification and AWS Solutions Architect Associate from Intellipaat in September 2020. Gaurav also holds a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification from Cisco, which they obtained in May 2016.
