Chris Weed

Chris Weed has over 16 years of work experience in software development. Chris started their career at Liberty Mutual Insurance in 2006 as a Principal Software Developer and remained with the company for 16 years. In 2017, they joined Workgrid Software as the Head of UI Engineering, where they were responsible for building user interfaces for web, native, and desktop applications. Chris worked on creating light, responsive, and intuitive applications using React, React Native, and Electron. In 2022, Chris Weed joined Talent Systems, LLC as a Senior Frontend Engineer.

Chris Weed attended UW-Stevens Point from 2001 to 2006. Chris obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a focus on Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance.
