Emilie McQueen

Emilie McQueen's work experience begins in 2013 as a Staff Writer for The Carolinian Newspaper at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In 2016, they worked as an Employment Coordinator at Interfaith Refugee Ministry. In 2019, they served as a Technical Recruiter at Link2USA and then briefly at The NuHire Group in 2020 in the same role. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Coleman Research, first as a Client Associate - Management Consulting; Key Accounts, and then as an Internal Recruiter. Currently, in 2023, they are a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Talent Systems, LLC, where they manage the global recruiting strategy for the leading technology solution provider in the entertainment industry.

Emilie McQueen holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Emilie also completed an International Exchange program in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies at the University of Mannheim. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Northwest Guilford High School. In addition to their educational background, Emilie has obtained two certifications: Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in March 2022, and Recruiting Foundations from LinkedIn in March 2022.
