Fernando Wadskier

Fernando Wadskier's work experience includes various roles and positions. In 2010, they started their career as a Professional Soccer Player for Carabobo Fútbol Club, where they played until 2013. In 2015, they transitioned into the corporate world and worked as a Project Manager at 3F Ingenieria C.A. from January 2015 to February 2017. In 2018, they founded Pik, a talent scouting app for the entertainment and advertising industries in Mexico. Pik was acquired by Talent Systems LLC in 2020, where Fernando served as the Founder. In September 2020, they became the Director of Business Development LATAM at Talent Systems, LLC. In 2021, they embarked on a new venture as the Founder and CEO of Watt.
