Jody Robie

Jody Robie is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and employer branding, currently serving as a Shareholder and Board Member at Talent Works International since January 2014, where innovative recruitment solutions and employer branding strategies are delivered. In addition to this role, Jody holds the position of Vice Chair at The Women's Edge, supporting the advancement of women leaders. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Alexander Mann Solutions and Buyer Advertising, focusing on employer brand management and national sales management, respectively. Jody began a career in advertising sales at WFXT-TV and WCVB-TV. Educational credentials include a BS in Journalism from Boston University and business management studies at Harvard University Extension School.
