Melody Williams

Melody Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and companies. Melody started their career in 2004 as a Sales Administrator at York Ward and Rowlatt, where they worked until 2010. In 2012, they joined Mercedes Benz of Northampton as a Senior Sales Administrator, where they stayed until 2014. In the same year, they joined Talent Works International and held various positions such as Business Operations Administrator, Business Operations Manager, and currently serving as the Head of People & Culture since August 2019. Melody has developed extensive expertise in sales administration and business operations throughout their career.

Melody Williams obtained their CIPD Level 5 degree in HR Management from Northampton College in 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their CIPD Level 3 degree at the same institution. Melody also attained an AAT Level 3 degree from Starting Off, though the specific dates are not provided. Melody further pursued a National Diploma in Travel & Tourism from Northampton College. Melody completed their GCSE degree at Sir Christopher Hatton School. Additionally, they obtained an Advanced Talent Sourcing Training certification from The Talent Hunter in February 2022.
