Nina Kothe-Schlomann

Nina Kothe-Schlomann has extensive experience in the field of HR and People & Culture. Nina is currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at TalentBait since June 2022. Prior to this, from May 2019 to May 2022, they worked as an Experienced HR Director and Senior HR/People & Culture Expert on a freelance basis. In January 2019 to April 2019, they held the position of Human Resources Director at Select World.

Before their freelance work, Nina worked at C. ILLIES & CO. HANDELSGESELLSCHAFT MBH from November 2009 to December 2018, where they served as Department Director, HR Germany. Nina also held the role of Personnel Manager from November 2009 to August 2011.

Prior to that, from February 2007 to October 2009, they worked as a Personnel Manager at Bercker Graphischer Betrieb GmbH. From March 2002 to December 2006, while studying, Nina worked as a Publishing Manager (part-time) at Stünings Medien GmbH. Nina also fulfilled the role of Publishing Manager from January 2002 to March 2003 at the same company.

Nina Kothe-Schlomann obtained a Master of Arts - MA in Human Resource Management/Personalpolitik from the University of Hamburg, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, earning a Diplom Kauffrau (FH) from Hochschule Niederrhein between 2003 and 2006. Nina also completed an Ausbildung zur Verlagskauffrau (Publishing Trainee) at Stünings Medien GmbH from 1999 to 2002.
