Heather Hammond

Heather Hammond is the Director of HR North America at Talentburst. Heather has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and has held various positions at different companies. Heather started their career as a management trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Heather then became a client service supervisor at Spherion Staffing and later an account manager at Guidant Group, Inc. In May 2013, they joined HireGenics as a program director and managed the payroll needs at Baxter Healthcare. Heather left HireGenics in July 2017 to become a stay-at-home mom. Heather rejoined the workforce in September 2018 when they were appointed as the Director of HR North America at Talentburst.

Heather Hammond completed their undergraduate degree at California State University-East Bay, where they majored in psychology.
