Paul Sanford

SVP, Global Recruitment at Talentburst

Paul Sanford is the Senior Vice President of Global Recruitment at Talentburst. Paul has over 25 years of experience in recruiting, and has held positions at some of the top companies in the world.

Paul started their career in 1994 as an International Recruiter at Bryant University. Paul then moved to Pinkerton Computer Consultants in 2000, where they were promoted to Director of Recruiting. In 2006, Kforce acquired Pinkerton, and Paul continued to work for them until 2011.

In January 2011, Paul joined NTT DATA Services as the Vice President of Recruiting Strategic Staffing for the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and India. Paul was responsible for overseeing all of recruiting for the Strategic Staffing Business Unit. During their time at NTT DATA, Paul established recruiting centers in Nova Scotia, UK and built an offshore delivery team in Noida India from the ground up.

In December 2020, Paul left NTT DATA Services to join Talentburst as the Senior Vice President of Global Recruitment. In this role, they are responsible for leading Talentburst’s global recruitment efforts.

Paul Sanford attended Bridgewater State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Paul Sanford reports to Brad Talwar, Founder & CEO. They work with Kay Ring - VP, Global Talent Cloud Solutions, Bart Centauro - General Counsel, and Deep Deshpande - Founder & CFO.
