Kristin Sanderson

Kristin Sanderson has over two decades of experience in talent acquisition and customer success roles. Kristin is currently serving as the Vice President of Client Delivery at Talentcare, where they help mid-market companies and entrepreneurs attract and hire high-performing employees. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Symphony Talent, where they utilized data-driven consumer marketing strategies to enhance the recruitment process for employers. Earlier in their career, Kristin worked as a Talent Engagement Manager at Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino and as the Director of Recruitment and Staffing at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. Kristin also served as an Assistant Director of Recruiting and Staffing at Wynn Resorts and a Recruitment/Training Specialist at MGM MIRAGE RESORTS. Throughout their career, Kristin has demonstrated a strong ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies, build relationships with various organizations, and streamline talent acquisition processes.

Kristin Sanderson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Administration from Youngstown State University. Kristin attended the university from 1999 to 2004.
