Scott Hamm has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Scott started their career as a Sales Representative at Echo Bay Marina, where they successfully executed complete sales cycles and represented well-known boat brands at trade shows. Later, they joined High Point University as a University Ambassador, where they provided unique tour experiences to prospective students and families and coordinated large events.

In 2016, Scott Hamm joined Workday as a Corporate Sales Development professional, contributing to the company's success in delivering cloud-based Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financial Management solutions.
