Liz Whalley has over 25 years of experience in operations, project management, human resources, and business management. Liz began their career in 1994 as Administrative Manager at Go Direct Marketing, where they managed the production and quality control of materials, led an office expansion, performed internal computer training and software support, hired and supervised administrative staff, and managed internal office systems. In 2001, they moved to Caliber Leadership Systems as Business Manager, where they supported the Principal and 6 Consultants to develop and execute HR programs for medium to large organizations across Canada, managed the Analyst and Administrative teams, and developed and administered the systems and processes critical to the success of the business. From 2008 to 2010, Liz was Manager of Operations and HR at MindField Group, where they created internal policies and procedures to support the company to grow 150% over 2 years, supervised the contract bookkeeper to manage all accounting activities for the company, and project managed the company relocation. From 2010 to 2014, Liz served as Service Operations Manager and Project Manager at CPHR BC & Yukon, where they project managed the implementation of the association's new membership system and built a Customer Relationship Management system for the HR Metrics Service. Since 2014, Liz has been VP Operations, Director of Operations, and Business Operations Manager at TalentClick Workforce Technologies.
Liz Whalley attended Leeds Beckett University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a B.A. (Hons) in Management Studies and French. Liz also attended Universite du Quebec a Trois Rivieres from 1987 to 1988, where they earned a Baccalauréat en administration des affaires.
