Katherine Wieland

Katherine Wieland has a diverse and extensive work experience in talent management and human resources. Katherine began their career in 2006 as an Assistant Director of New School Recruitment & Community Engagement at The Big Picture Company. Katherine then worked at Brown University as a Project/Recruitment & Admissions Manager from 2007 to 2009. Wieland joined the NYC Department of Education in 2009 and held various roles, including School Leadership Analyst, Manager of Teacher Effectiveness Solutions, and Senior Product Manager for Teacher and Principal Effectiveness.

In 2012, Wieland became the Chief Executive Officer at TalentED Advisors, where they focused on talent strategy and management for nonprofits. Katherine also served as a Vice President of Talent Management (Contractor) at District Management Group from 2019 to 2020.

At Source4Teachers, Wieland held the positions of Senior Vice President of Talent Strategy and Senior Vice President of Operations from 2015 to 2016.
