Neil Whitaker

Neil Whitaker is the Managing Director at TalentEdge, a finance recruitment boutique, since November 2023. Previously, Neil served as Head of Executive Division at Four Recruitment from February 2012 to November 2023, specializing in roles such as Finance Director and CFO, as well as interim and portfolio senior finance professionals, with a focus on the North West. Neil's career in recruitment also includes positions as Associate Director and Senior Consultant at Four Recruitment, alongside a tenure as a Criminal Investigator with Greater Manchester Police from October 2007 to February 2012. Neil began their professional journey with the Graduate Scheme at Enterprise after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Central Lancashire.
