Currently, as the Founder of FlipStaff, Alexander leads efforts in AI-driven talent sourcing, while also co-founding DL Remote, which connects remote companies with talent. In addition to these roles, Alexander provides consultancy for TalentFormation, focusing on growth and optimization strategies. Previous notable positions at T-Systems International GmbH included Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships for EMEA, where significant revenue growth and market penetration was achieved. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding Spotted Media and a strong foundation at SAP, directing program launches and developing business intelligence solutions, supplemented by an MBA from ESMT Berlin and the University of Cologne.
