Viv Taylor

Viv Taylor is the founder of Viv Taylor Associates, established in April 2010 after leaving Guardian News and Media, where Taylor served in various leadership roles, including Director of Organisational Development and Head of Executive Development. With extensive experience advising and coaching senior teams at multiple organizations, including e-gree, Armakuni, Talentful, and Leapian, Taylor specializes in developing critical talent and engaging with business leaders. Taylor played a key role in implementing learning and development initiatives at the Guardian, fostering digital skills and change leadership during significant transformation efforts. Taylor holds a BA Hons in English and American Literature from the University of Kent.
