Carla Salazar

Carla Salazar's work experience begins in 2012 when they worked as a Junior Personal Selection Technician at Ferpa Recursos Humanos. Carla remained in this role until September 2014. After that, they joined SYF Consultores as a Recruitment Consultant from November 2014 to July 2016. In September 2016, Carla joined DEA Consulting S.r.l. as an IT Recruiter and worked there until April 2018. Afterwards, they worked at Tech StaQ as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from June 2018 to August 2019. Currently, Carla is working at TalentFY as an IT Sourcing Specialist, a position they have held since September 2019.

Carla Salazar completed their Master's in Human Resources Management and Personnel Management at ESERP Business & Law School from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
