Lília Carnaúba has been working in the digital marketing field since 2006. Lília began their career as an Estagiária at DER - Departamento de Estradas de Rodagem de Alagoas in 2006. Lília then moved on to Sotaque Brasil Publicidade E Propaganda Ltda as an Atendimento in 2009. In 2010, they joined Plano B Comunicação as an Asistente de Cuentas, where they were responsible for generating new commercial prospects for the different areas of the government of Alagoas, as well as customer loyalty and inactive customer follow-up. In 2013, they joined Plug Comunicação e Marketing as a Sócia - Atendimento, where they developed effective communication strategies for clients and coordinated monthly and/or annual budget investments. In 2015, they were an Ejecutivo de cuentas at Elemidia. Finally, in 2016, they joined XXL ONLINE as a Digital Marketing Specialist, and in 2021, they became a Digital Marketing Manager at TalentFY.

Lília Carnaúba has a diverse educational background. In 2012, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in the field of Marketing. From 2015 to 2016, they pursued a Máster en Dirección de Marketing y Gestión de Ventas from EAE Business School in Vendas, Merchandising e Marketing. In 2017, they completed a Posgrado from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in Marketing Pollítico y Institucional. Most recently, in 2020, they obtained a Digital Marketing certification from ThePower Business School.
