Erdem Gelal has a wealth of work experience, beginning with an internship at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2010. Erdem then held an internship at Accenture in 2011 and was a Financial Analyst at Procter & Gamble the same year. In 2013, they co-founded cubic.fm, where they held the role of Co-Founder, Growth, and in 2015 they co-founded ProceedLabs, where they held the role of Co-Founder, Product. ProceedLabs was acquired by UP Group in 2018. In 2020, they co-founded TalentGrid, where they held the role of Co-Founder, Product, and in 2022 they co-founded Flowla, where they are currently the Co-Founder & CEO.
Erdem Gelal obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boğaziçi University between 2006 and 2011. In 2009, they received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma. Erdem also attended American Collegiate Institute İzmir from 2002 to 2006.
