Hasmukh Tank

Hasmukh Tank has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and web development. Hasmukh is currently working as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Talent Inc. Their responsibilities include managing technical projects and ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines.

Prior to this, Hasmukh worked at ZealousWeb Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from 2011 to 2022. During this time, they held roles such as Project Manager and Project Leader. As a Project Manager, they collaborated with various teams to capture project requirements and used project management tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Wrike, Basecamp, and Jira. As a Project Leader, Hasmukh was responsible for backend development and maintenance of websites using NodeJS, PHP MVC Frameworks (Laravel, CI, Symphony, CakePHP), and MySQL/MSSQL. Hasmukh also worked on user interface functionality using ReactJS, AngularJS, jQuery, and other libraries.

Before joining ZealousWeb Technologies, Hasmukh gained experience as a Web Programmer at NCrypted Technologies. Their duties included PHP backend development, troubleshooting web technologies, and system requirements design and development.

Hasmukh's achievements include being awarded the "Employee of the Quarter Award" for Quarter 3, 2010-11 at NCrypted Technologies.

Hasmukh Tank obtained a Diploma in Computer Science from Acharya Polytechnic, Bangalore from 2002 to 2005. Hasmukh then pursued a Bachelor of Computer Application in Computer Programming from Shree HN Shukla College, Saurashtra University, Rajkot, from 2006 to 2009. Subsequently, they completed their M.Sc. in I.T. & C.A. in Computer Software Engineering from the same institution, Shree HN Shukla College, Saurashtra University, Rajkot, from 2009 to 2011.

In terms of certifications, Hasmukh Tank earned several recognitions. These include being certified as a ScrumMaster (CSM) by Scrum Alliance in June 2022. Furthermore, they received the Employee of The Year award from ZealousWeb in November 2016, and the Performance of The Year award in November 2015. Hasmukh Tank was also part of the Project Team of The Year - US Card Buyers in November 2016, and Project Team of The Year - HubMonkeys in November 2014. In addition, they obtained the Technical Achievement award in November 2014 and received the Performance of The Year award in November 2013. Hasmukh was also part of the Project Team of The Year - SimplyTheScop in November 2013 and received the Employee of the Quarter Award from NCrypted Technologies in September 2010.
