Lauren Lippello

Lauren Lippello has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Lauren currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Talent Inc., a global leader in technology-enabled career services. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at the Oncology Nursing Society from August 2020 to March 2021. Before that, they were the Director of Talent and Human Resources at Patron Technology from September 2018 to March 2020. Lauren also has a strong background in HR and finance roles at ShowClix, where they served as the Director of Human Resources from March 2016 to March 2020, Finance and HR Manager from August 2015 to March 2016, and Staff Accountant from December 2011 to August 2015. Lauren started their career as an Office Manager/Operations at ShowClix from December 2009 to December 2011. Additionally, Lauren has previous experience as a Creative Coordinator at HJ Heinz from March 2009 to December 2009 and as a Mortgage Recording Administrative Assistant at National Real Estate Information Services from November 2008 to March 2009.

Lauren Lippello obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts with a focus on Graphic Design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Lauren attended the university from 2004 to 2008. Later, from 2013 to 2014, Lauren pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution.
