Xenia Mikheeva

Xenia Mikheeva has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Xenia currently holds roles at Talent Inc. as a Product Manager and Content Programming Manager, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Travelpayouts from 2021 to 2022 as an Inbound lead and head of Travelpayouts Academy, where they created and launched the Travelpayouts Academy focused on the US market.

From 2016 to 2020, Xenia worked at SEMrush as the Founder and Head of SEMrush Academy. In this role, they developed educational resources and courses to teach users digital marketing basics and how to use the SEMrush platform.

Before joining SEMrush, Xenia served as the Business Development and Corporate Communication Director at Becar Asset Management Group from 2015 to 2016. Xenia managed the company's marketing activities, including PR, events, brand management, and social media marketing. Xenia also maintained media relations, resulting in significant media coverage for the company.

Prior to that, Xenia held the position of Head of Media Relations and Marketing at Training Institute - ARB Pro Group from 2008 to 2015. Here, they built the company's external communications from scratch, implemented various marketing strategies including PR, digital marketing, and webinars, and developed strong relationships with leading business media. Their webinar project contributed to a significant revenue growth of 120% year over year.

Xenia Mikheeva obtained a Master's degree in Social Psychology from Saint Petersburg State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. These include the "Data-Driven Product Management" certification from GoPractice, Inc in January 2023, the "Acquisition Online Marathon" certification from Epic Growth in July 2020, the "SEMrush SEO Certification" from SEMrush in January 2019, the "The Online Marketing Fundamentals" certification from Google in March 2017, and the "Advanced Google Analytics" certification from Google in June 2017.
