Dylan Cohen

Dylan Cohen's work experience includes serving as the Director of Microsoft & Cloud Solutions at Talent, where they oversee the Cloud Solutions division connecting technology partners, management consultancies, and end-users with niche talent for important business hires. Prior to that, they were a Voting Member at IAMCP, representing Microsoft's top partners globally. Dylan also worked at Nigel Frank International as a Team Leader for Office 365 & SharePoint Contracts and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant for Dynamics NAV, SharePoint, Office 365, and Dynamics 365 Business Central. It is worth noting that Dylan received various awards and recognition for their leadership, team growth, and personal production achievements. Dylan played a key role in creating the Microsoft Partner Referral Program and consistently exceeded sales targets.

Dylan Cohen attended Binghamton University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Law. In 2023, they also completed a certification in Developing and Leading High-Performance Teams from Columbia Business School Executive Education.
