Steve Tompkins has a strong background in talent management and recruitment, with extensive experience in various roles within the IT industry. Starting from their early days as an IT Recruiter and Account Manager, Steve has steadily progressed to higher positions such as Senior Account Director and Regional Manager. Currently serving as the Head of Government Talent International at Talent, Steve is responsible for managing NSW Government contracts and leading a team dedicated to providing the best IT contingent labor. With a degree in Business Studies from the University of Southampton, Steve has demonstrated a commitment to helping organizations achieve success through innovative talent engagement and recruitment strategies.
