Ravi Wadhwa

Ravi Wadhwa is the founder of Talentiser, India's leading recruitment solutions firm, established in July 2015, which has successfully supported a diverse range of companies in building and scaling their teams. In addition to Talentiser, Ravi co-founded Acquihire in June 2019 and has been an angel investor in multiple startups since August 2020, focusing on sectors such as HRTech, F&B, D2C, Fintech, and SAAS. Previously, experience includes founding MNR from August 2007 to February 2016 and working at Ciena as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from April 2006 to August 2007, where Ravi was part of the early team in India. Additionally, a role as Talent Acquisition Lead at Ericsson was held from June 2005 to March 2006, focusing on telecom technology professionals. Educational achievements include a PGDBM in HR from Symbiosis, a Master's in PR & Advertisement from NIA, and a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Delhi University.
