Martin Johns has had a diverse range of work experience. Martin started their career in 2003 at Quality Data Management, where they served as Call Center Manager and Systems Administrator. In this role, they managed call center agents and oversaw the network administration for the Windows and Linux network environment.
In 2014, Martin joined TMW Systems as a Systems Administrator. Martin was responsible for various administrative functions, such as handling the Azure environment, Google mail and devices, Active Directory, and vSphere. Additionally, they provided support for Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and other Microsoft services. Later on, they took on the role of IT Client Services Lead, where they served as the Help Desk Team Lead and provided international support for Windows desktop and server environments, VMware, and Google Mail/Google apps.
In 2019, Martin joined Arhaus as a Network Operations specialist. Following that role, they joined TalentLaunch as an Applications Systems Administrator. Currently, they hold the position of Technology Operations Manager at TalentLaunch, where they are responsible for managing the technology operations of the company.
Throughout their career, Martin has gained significant experience in network administration, systems administration, and technology operations.
Martin Johns attended Cleveland State University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. In addition, they obtained a certification in CMNO from Cisco Meraki in November 2017.
