Prior to their current position, Ronda worked at Mott Community College for 14 years as the Human Resources Manager and Title IX Investigator. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in aligning the organization's cultural and HR goals with its mission and strategies. Ronda'sresponsibilities included talent acquisition, compensation and benefits administration, labor relations, employee engagement, policy development, performance management, workforce planning, and more.
Before joining Mott Community College, Ronda worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at New World Systems from 2006 to 2008. Ronda also served as the Human Resources Manager for Field Operations at Bartech from 2003 to 2006, where they managed nine field offices and provided innovative HR solutions.
Ronda's career in HR began at Aerotek in 1996, where they held the roles of Manager of Administration and Area Support Manager. Ronda oversaw customer support associates, managed HR services for internal and contract employees, and was responsible for the operations of eight field offices.
Throughout their career, Ronda Brinch has demonstrated their expertise in HR management, employee development, compliance, workforce planning, employee relations, and budgeting. Ronda'sinnovative approach, strategic mindset, and ability to drive results have made their a valuable asset to the organizations they have worked for.
Ronda Brinch, MSA completed a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Central Michigan University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Baker College. Additionally, they earned certification as a Certified Title IX Investigator from ATIXA - Association of Title IX Administrators in 2016.
