Rik Zwinkels

Rik Zwinkels is an experienced professional in account management within the financial and social security sectors. Currently serving as Account Manager for social security and healthcare at Talent&Pro since February 2013, Rik builds and maintains relationships with various partners including municipalities and debt assistance providers, addressing their capacity needs. Previously, Rik held multiple roles at Talent&Pro, including Account Manager and Unit Manager in the banking sector, contributing to the company’s reputation as a market leader in financial staffing and consultancy. Prior to this, Rik was Team Leader of Sales & Service at Rabobank Rijn en Veenstromen, responsible for managing operations at two branches and developing staff. Early in the career, Rik worked as an Interim Specialist at Welten, providing coaching and support to Rabobank teams. Rik is educated at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
