Leah Giorlando

Leah Giorlando is a seasoned Senior User Experience Designer with extensive experience in creating user-focused solutions in the software industry. Since November 2015, Leah has been with talentReef, and prior to that, served as a Senior User Experience Designer at PeopleMatter from April 2011 to October 2015, where responsibilities included the design of various product features and collaboration with engineering teams in an agile setting. Earlier experience includes working as a Lead Interaction Designer at Benefitfocus, where the focus was on developing web-based software to improve efficiency in the health insurance sector. Leah holds a BFA in Industrial Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design, attained in 2007.
