Ryan Pellet is currently the SVP of Customer Success at talentreef. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Transformation Officer at Businessolver from January 2019 to April 2020. In this role, they led a team of enthusiasts who were on a mission to transform benefits management through amazing technology, rock-solid partnerships, and unmatched operational delivery to Businessolver's customers and partners.

Pellet has also previously worked at Ridge Point Partners. Ryan is skilled in aligning the customer experience to operational delivery, and their team is always thinking through the lens of customers and their data. Whether they are connecting to our member, participant, or shared services centers, using our myChoice decision support tool, and/or interacting with our AI-powered benefits assistant Sofia, Pellet and their team listen intensely to what our stakeholders are doing and saying, and then they execute - always changing. Together, they maximize the value they provide, and they make the complex, easy.

Ryan Pellet received a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Colorado Boulder.

They are on a team with Dylan Frusciano - SVP, Sales, John Jp Patrick - EVP, Engineering, and Kurt Schmidt - SVP, Marketing. Ryan Pellet reports to Ross Berry, Chief Financial Officer.
