Mathew Shulman

Mathew Shulman is the Founder & Director of TalentTank Recruiting Inc., a Toronto-based IT recruiting company. Prior to starting TalentTank Recruiting, Mathew worked as a Practice Manager at Motion Recruitment, where he began a new team that generated over $500,000 in its first year. He was the first Lead Recruiter to be promoted to Practice Manager in Toronto and directly hired, managed, trained, and mentored a team of 6 recruiters. Mathew also has experience as a Customer Service Representative and Customer Relations Coordinator at TD Bank Group. He holds a B.Com in Global Management from Ryerson University.
