As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of company's projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage project execution, ensuring strict adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
  • Collaborate with project personnel to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Identify the need for initial or supplemental project resources and make effective allocations.
  • Develop and update project plans for information technology projects, including objectives, technologies, systems, schedules, funding, and staffing.
  • Perform risk assessments to develop strategies for managing and mitigating project risks.
  • Prepare comprehensive project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Establish and execute a project communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Monitor the performance of project team members, providing feedback and maintaining performance documentation.
  • Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain necessary resources or materials.
  • Oversee the success of the project portfolio by putting in place the required governance and reporting processes
  • Produce bi-weekly invoicing report for finance to invoice the correct amount to customers
  • Manage escalations, assist project teams in critical situations or when projects are off track, and effectively engage in difficult conversations with customers
  • Ensure when a new contract gets signed, the transition to the delivery team gets executed promptly and according to the established process
  • Coach the delivery team on current processes and project management best practices

Requirements:

  • Tools Used: Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian JIRA, Microsoft Office
  • Experience: 7+ years of relevant project management experience.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Management.
  • Technical Background: A solid technical background, including an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Experience: Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational Skills: Solid organizational skills, including exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, especially regarding deadlines and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven success in working with all levels of management.
  • Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills to effectively convey project updates and insights.
  • Certification: Agile or Scrum Certification a plus (PSM, CSM, DASM, PMI-ACP).
  • Bilingualism (French & English) as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the CRM industry as an advantage.
  • Some travel may be required within Canada and USA.
