Sebastian Brito

Sebastian Brito is an experienced professional in the field of solutions architecture and software engineering. Currently serving as Head of Solutions Architecture at Talentwunder GmbH since October 2018, Sebastian directs technical vision in alignment with strategic objectives, oversees system design decision-making, facilitates cross-team collaborations, and drives performance improvements. Previously, as a Software Engineer at Talentwunder, significant contributions included enhancing technical capacity and improving system performance, notably revitalizing source code of major applications. Additionally, during a role as Design Thinking - Student Project Consultant at SUGAR Network for Design Innovation from October 2020 to September 2021, Sebastian worked on a project aimed at leveraging digital experiences to scale global innovation. Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Science in Informatik from Technische Universität Berlin, completed in 2020.
