Ilyanna Tan

Ilyanna Tan has work experience in various human resources roles. In 2018, they worked as an HRBP Intern at Shopee, where they sourced and screened candidates and handled onboarding processes. From 2019 to 2022, they were a Human Resources Specialist at Huawei, responsible for end-to-end recruitment for both campus and experienced hires. Ilyanna also acted as a liaison for campus job fairs. Currently, Ilyanna is a People & Culture Specialist at Talino Venture Labs, starting in October 2022.

Ilyanna Tan attended Ateneo de Manila University from 2015 to 2019. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, which they successfully completed.
