Gareth Norman

Gareth Norman is the Operations Director at Talion. Prior to this, they were the Head of Security Operations at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence from September 2015 to April 2020. Before that, they were the Technical Service Manager at T-Systems from July 2011 to September 2015. In this role, they were responsible for the technical ownership of nominated services within ICTO, including Service Design, Service Transition and Service Operation activities end to end for specified services. Gareth also managed allocated services ensuring a focus on service availability, serviceability, maintainability and recoverability.

Gareth Norman completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electronic and Computer Systems at Staffordshire University. Gareth also completed GCSEs in multiple subjects at Selby High School.

They work with Chris Sedgwick - Director of Security Operations, Chris Howe - Finance Director, and Amy Perez - Global Marketing Director. Their manager is Mike Brown, CEO & Co-Founder.
