Greg Peters

Greg Peters is an experienced operations executive in the brewing industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Talitha Coffee since February 2023. Prior to this role, Greg held the position of Chief Brewing Officer at JuneShine from August 2018 to August 2022, contributing to the company's mission to produce "Honest Alcohol for a Healthier Planet." Other notable positions include Director of Brewing at Saint Archer Brewing Company, Cellar Manager at Port Brewing and The Lost Abbey, and various roles at Pizza Port Brewing Company, including Head Brewer. Early career experience includes a stint as an English Language Teacher at Nova Group Japan. Greg holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Davis, and studied at the University of Sydney through UCD Extension.
