Kim Gentry

Kim Gentry is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at the DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) since November 2023, Kim has also held significant roles such as Human Resources Consultant at The Simple Resources since July 2013, and Director of Human Resources for D.C. United during 2018. Previous positions include Human Resources Manager at Heavy Weight Transport, Inc., Human Resource Generalist at Walgreens, and Human Resource Specialist at Concourse Concessions, where management of diverse HR functions was a key responsibility. Kim began the career as an Executive Assistant at Capricorn Investment Group and holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Psychology from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
