Peter van de Voorde

Peter Van de Voorde is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community growth and development within the technology sector. As Co-Founder of Atlas Advantage since November 2024, Peter assists Atlassian Marketplace and Solution Partners in business and technical coaching. As the Founder of Polaris BV since September 2015, Peter focuses on the growth of Atlassian Marketplace Partners. Additionally, Peter serves as an Advisor to Talkbase, leveraging experience in online community building, and is a member of Generalist World. Previous roles include Chief Community Coach at Umano, VP of Community Growth at Vue Storefront, and Director of Developer Event Content at MongoDB. Peter also held significant positions at Atlassian, including Global Director of Developer Community Programs, and began a career as an ALM Consultant at Bayer CropScience. Peter holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Ghent University and a high school diploma in Economics and Mathematics from Sint-Jozef Instituut Hamme.
