Florentino Vieira

Florentino Vieira is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Talkdesk since June 2020, contributing to cloud-based contact center solutions. Prior to this, Florentino held positions as a Senior Software Engineer Tech Lead at Noesis, driving a microservices architecture project, and worked at Novabase in a cognitive computing center of excellence.
