Inês Sousa

Inês Sousa is an experienced professional in the fields of AI, project management, and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in AI Delivery and Project Manager at Talkdesk since April 2021, Inês has previously held multiple significant roles within the company, including Product Adoption Senior Manager for AI and Product Ops Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Unbabel as a Customer Success Manager and in Business Development, as well as roles at Philip Morris International as a Brand Executive and Business Development Executive. Inês began a career with a summer internship in sales at Red Bull and co-founded the Orienting Association, serving as Founding VP and Director of Marketing and Recruitment. Academic qualifications include an International MSc in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, along with studies at Queen's University and Mannheim Business School.
