Rodolfo Abreu

Rodolfo Abreu, PhD, has a strong background in data science and research. Currently working as a Senior Data Scientist at Talkdesk, Rodolfo's expertise lies in developing solutions using Natural Language Processing and building software infrastructure. Prior to this, Rodolfo worked as a Lead Data Scientist at Feedzai, where Rodolfo focused on preventing financial fraud through machine learning techniques. Rodolfo's research experience includes work at ICNAS and Instituto Superior Técnico, where Rodolfo explored regression techniques, sparse representation learning methods, and classification frameworks for EEG and fMRI data. During their time at PLUX, Rodolfo worked on classifying abnormal heartbeats from electrocardiographic data.
