Susana Bento

Susana Bento is an experienced professional in the field of engineering, currently serving as a Site Reliability Engineer at Talkdesk since January 2022. Previously, Susana worked at Inmarsat in various roles including Software Engineer and Aero Systems Engineer from December 2018 to December 2021, and prior to that, held positions as a Systems Engineer and Systems Engineering Intern from February 2015 to July 2018. Susana began academic pursuits as a Researcher at Instituto de Telecomunicações in 2014. Susana holds a Master's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Universidade de Aveiro, completed in 2014, and has furthered expertise with a course in Satellite Communications from the University of Surrey in 2016.
